Your name, e-mail address and other personal information will not be divulged to a third party
without your express written permission. International Health News and The AFIB Report may use your e-mail address
to send you current and new information relating to your subscription or to subjects normally
covered in the newsletters. Your credit card number and expiry date will only be divulged to your bank and will not be kept on
file.
DELIVERY POLICYImmediately after having completed your online subscription purchase you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. This confirmation will include a link to a web page containing your user name and password for accessing the members' area of the afibbers.org website. Your access code is good for 12 months from date of purchase. You will also receive, by e-mail, the current issue of The AFIB Report by the 15th of each month - except in August and January.REFUND POLICYIf you are not completely satisfied with your subscription, International Health News/The AFIB Report will, upon request, issue a refund for the unused part of your subscription.ENQUIRIESPlease direct all enquiries to editor@afibbers.org |
