Thanks Liz. I had circulated to friends and family, the clip in the Afib forum about diluted povidone iodine gargle and the nasal spray makes good sense as well.

BTW - one of my very intelligent friends that ended up with covid used povidone iodine 0.2-1.0% gargle - 4x a day - as part of his protocol - knocked covid out in 4 days.


PS... I did mention in my email... to pay attention to labels...


Note: If you do buy povidone iodine, be sure to check the label to verify that it is suitable for mouthwash…as some povidone iodine labeled is for “topical application only” Check for products in the 'mouthwash' section.
