Lance - Look for Seltzer water... it either comes in one or two liter bottles... very common in stores everywhere. Here we have both brand names like Cotton Club or generic brand versions. As long as it has no sodium, any brand will do. For the two liter, then just double the amount of the Milk of Magnesia. This is not an exact science project. You don't need to measure the seltzerby Jackie - AFIBBERS FORUM
Peggy and Liz... certainly if tissues become dehydrated from lack of water, they still need water to function and will pull it from every available cellular source including eyes, skin (wrinkles), joints (stiff, dry, painful) and blood to name a few. Some of the symptoms are silent reminders that the body runs on water (and nutrients). I had the same issues of not drinking enough waterby Jackie - AFIBBERS FORUM
Hi Trent - Yes - and sure. Remember that when majority of food/beverage intake produces acid ash, then in order for the kidneys to process acidic waste, they have to first buffer what comes to them and in this buffering process, calcium is pulled from storage (bones) and the kidneys remain protected from the harsh acidity of the SAD. This is where the expression: "peeing out your bones&qby Jackie - AFIBBERS FORUM
Jeff - you have to realize that some people don't become thirsty. Then that becomes a real health issue. Awareness on many levels becomes the operative word with it comes to water intake. Jackieby Jackie - AFIBBERS FORUM
Those doing ablations are concerned about the risk of silent afib post-ablation. Because I didn't get along with warfarin ( low platelet count), I requested that I be allowed to stop using as quickly as reasonable... (but I went right back on nattokinase)... I was told I could stop after 6 weeks... and as I recall that was based on European standards 6 years ago. That may have changed byby Jackie - AFIBBERS FORUM
Lance - the WW is magnesium bicarbonate... vs sodium. Too much sodium in afibbers could be an issue, especially if they are low in potassium. The WW recipe/instructions are at this link and are easy to follow... and don't require you know the metric equivalencies. I make it all the time. The only think I don't do is add the lemon juice. Hi Jim - I can relate to your comments... although you have a much longer season of good weather than we do here in NEOhio. I'd prefer to exercise outdoors and in my gardens... and do take to the trails at our very large arboretum. However, when the bad weather hits, I still do the fitness center...open 24/7 and I, too, find it is boring but I push myself to keep moving....which I think iby Jackie - AFIBBERS FORUM
Sam - how much potassium and magnesium exactly is she taking. Typically when the heartbeat is magnified when lying down, it's a sign of low potassium. Without enough magnesium in the heart cell, the potassium can't function.... it could be either one or both that aren't optimal yet. I've conquered chronic fatigue. Isabelle - Yes.. it has to be a Medicare provider. You pay nothing but do have to give them copies of your cards. Go to the website of Exatest and follow the instructions. You can probably order it yourself for the doctor if they don't want to bother, but it could be easier to get them to do it. Jackieby Jackie - AFIBBERS FORUM

Excellent reminder and history lesson, Erling. While such a horrific experience remains indelible in your memory, most of us cant possibly relate to living through anything remotely similar. We are so sheltered and trusting. I appreciate your sharing, as the awareness factor serves as powerful and potential harbinger of possibilities no one cares or dares to think about. So thank you. Lance - I certainly understand and share your frustration with mainstream medicine and the 'health' industry. I just included the liposomal links because generally people want to know where to buy. Gregg - maybe try changing the time of the metoprolol to either earlier than your usual or later than. Experiment. See if you notice any improvement. Valerie - read my new post (today) on vaccines and what they do and don't accomplish as well as what they can and have contributed to the body as a toxic load. Be sure you know your vitamin D levels... the 20 OHD test... as most people who get the flu are woefully deficient in vitamin D.....especially children and that's why this season's flu is hitting that population so hard. Lance - I'm not suggesting you change, but typically 100 mg NK is equivalent to 2000FUs (fibrinolytic units) x 2 would not be considered a 'small' dose. I'm not sure what the equivalency would be for the SP. As long as you are doing well and have no bleeding issue, I don't see any problem. Having a stable INR is a good thing. Isabelle - I'm wondering if you have a calcium imbalance with magnesium... since calcium causes muscles to contract... magnesium relaxes and vitamin D works to utilize calcium. When muscles cramp or spasm, it's typically because there is too much calcium and not enough magnesium... so the calcium keeps the muscle in contraction. Josiah - the form of the vitamin K2 is MK7 and is the one involved in directing calcium into bones and helping to prevent arterial calcifications. (vitamin D and magnesium work synergistically to accomplish that as well) If anything, it may help to stabilize the dosing of coumadin.... in higher doses, it can interfere with warfarin. Normally, I wouldnt tie up this much space in a post, but this topic is so very important for everyone (and not just afibbers) that it should be read and understood and widely disseminated. Adrian, the INR measures is not measuring the viscosity of the blood and the enzymes reduce or lower blood viscosity (thickness). I'm not a physician as you know but for my own use, I would not have a problem with small dosing of any of the said enzymes along with the coumadin... I'd just not overdo the dosing. Marian - I understand what you are saying. By any chance did you know your 25 OHD level at the time? And, BTW, 2000 mg vitamin C is no where near enough to optimize a/o efficacy.
