James -thank you for reporting such a great testimonial for the Essential Trio and congratulations on your success. It's great to have another The List member. You deserve a big 'atta boy'! for systematically taking control of your diet and nutrientional intake. And best of all, it worked for you! I love to start the day by reading a post such as yours. Darla - I've never read that you get the full benefit of ribose by taking small amounts as you suggest. The dose is 5 grams which is typically about a teaspoon taken 2 - 3 times a day for the purpose of assisting with the ATP energy. It's also recommended to take one dose before exercise and one following exercise. You can read these information posts as to the purpose of ribose. (by Jackie - AFIBBERS FORUM
Johnny - doubtful if it would cause afib but too much too soon can cause diarrhea...so start with a low dose... 500 mg and work up incrementally. The body only absorbs 500 mg at a time so spacing out the doses will ensure you maximize absorption. However... the dosing would be start with 500 mg once a day for several days...if you tolerate that well, then increase to another dose of 500 and coby Jackie - AFIBBERS FORUM

Dick - I agree - it's just something to think about and remember when we see undue influences or clamor over new drug approvals, releases, use etc. We just have to realize the shortcomings and take nothing at face value, especially, if we are prescribed a new drug that has been recently fast-tracked through the system. Hopefully, we can remain drug free, but that's not always posby Jackie - AFIBBERS FORUM
Hi David - thanks for posting your progress report and congratulations on your success! It's wonderful that you've normalized your life again, thanks to Dr. Natale. I doubt if we will ever see much formal research regarding using the ginkgo and vitamin E.
