I almost didnt respond to this as it is such old, tired news the beat goes on and on this vitamin bashing. Big Pharma must really be worried! But for new readers, I have a collection of rebuttals to such articles attempting to discredit various vitamins. David - I've been convinced for several years that the key to health lies with reducing inflammation to as close to zero as possible. Not a day goes by that I don't see more evidence to support that. Zyflamend or any other method, food or nutrient that reduces inflammation has a profound effect. There is just so much evidence to support the damaging effect of silent inflammation thaby Jackie - AFIBBERS FORUM
Hello Susan! I'm very sorry to see the sad news about your mother. No wonder you had a bit of activity! Glad to see you've normalized. I've had a bit breakthrough issues myself and it was also stress-related. Do take care of yourself and be well. Best regards, Jackieby Jackie - AFIBBERS FORUM
David - when I was commenting about Chinese herbs at the acupuncturist, I was really referencing the less commonly known herbals and not those we typically find in herbals made from well-known manufacturers such as New Chapters Zyflamend. Those ingredients (and many other common herbs) have been used here in herbal medicine for many years. I mentioned a while back in another post discussing sby Jackie - AFIBBERS FORUM
Joyce - You use the P73 as long as the symptoms persist. Glad you are getting the book. It gives remedy instructions for each condition mentioned. Typically, I only use it for a week at a time if I happen to feel I may be symptomatic from being exposed to a bug. Check out the website for these types of products In one clip for travel-sized p-73, they say safe for everyday use. This is aby Jackie - AFIBBERS FORUM
John - Perhaps you an ask him where he gets the herbs. If they are shipped direct from China then I'd worry about the contamination. If they are herbals grown organically here in the US, then I'd be more comfortable knowing that. On the acupuncture route, while it made me feel great in other areas, I had 20 sessions by an MD who also was a DOM - Doctor of Oriental Medicine. He tby Jackie - AFIBBERS FORUM

Cyndie - If I had an allergy to soy but still wanted similar benefits to nattokinase, then I'd be taking one of the other fibrinolytic enzymes described below and in the Conference Room sessions on this topic. A true allergy to soy would result in significant symptoms. Liz - your comment on the same reaction with CoQ brings up a couple possibilities for the migraine connection and allergy suggested. One, if both products are supplied in gel caps, then I'd be suspect of the capsule itself as animal-based gelatin caps are a source of MSG and does cause problems in sensitive individuals... that could be a commonality for both products and your reaction. John - I've posted recently about concerns with imported herbal products and contamination - especially with lead and mercury. Those certainly won't improve anyone's health and especially afib.
