Lois - So nice to hear from you again and see that you are indeed doing well. Good report! When cold and flu season comes along and especially, if I'm traveling during that time, I rely on a daily preventive to boost immune system function.... product is Epicor. I was told to take 25 mg Toprol XL at the onset of AF and wait 30 minutes to give the heart rate time to fall; then take 100 mg flecainide and wait an hour. If that doesn't convert, then take another 100 mg. When the HR isby Jackie - AFIBBERS FORUM

Cyndie - Referring to the other link on this topic, if you choose just the resveratrol in strong enough milligrams, I don't see the need for any other enhancers such as the grapeseed extract or rosehips and I also don't see any way for you to determine if it was the resveratrol or one of the other ingredients that caused your reaction. Cyndie - that's really unfortunate. Can you tell by the labeling if there are any other ingredients in the capsule that would be suspect? I'm highly sensitive to many things and I've taken resveratrol for a year or more with no adverse effects at all. Maybe it was the fish oil, as you mention. Sorry you missed your trip. Thomas, the Nattokinase expert here in the US, Ralph Holsworth, DO, says the reason for the warning is because nattokinase tends to lower blood pressure (by reducing blood viscosity) so if you're on a medication for hypertension and you add nattokinase, then you'll have to monitor your Bp readings and possibly make medication adjustments to be sure your Bp doesne't go too low. Phil- I think the doctors do understand exactly what ablation may do in terms of rendering the heart less apt to function as a completely normal, unablated heart.
