Hi Bettylou... I'm very sorry you are having sleep issues. I know what that's like. Fortunately, a number of years ago, I was introduced to PharmaGaba product of Natural Factors and it has been extremely useful. PS to this report: I also circulated this report to friends including some former afibbers. One, reported his daughter who formerly had severe Afib and a successful Natale ablation had contracted the virus. She was treated with HCQ which reduced her symptoms within hours and fortunately, she experienced no Afib as a result of the HCQ. So... that's a relief to know and encouragiby Jackie - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM

Rocketritch - I am familiar with iron overload. The doctors here (Hematologists), treat it by regular blood draws (phlebotomy).. .just like donating...but they discard the blood. They test first to check the level and if out of range, you have the blood draw. I know a person who has been doing this for a number of years. Obviously, it’s reasonable (and smart) for afibbers to be concerned about the risk of stroke because of so many potential, influencing factors. Regarding Taurine: As we know and often acknowledge: what works for one, may not work for another, but there is support for Taurine in membrane stabilization. Long ago, I learned from a webinar that taurine is an important nutrient. I tried it with success and subsequently, wrote a report about it in 2004 which is in the reference links below. Thanks Liz. I had circulated to friends and family, the clip in the Afib forum about diluted povidone iodine gargle and the nasal spray makes good sense as well. Jackie This was the clip by NLAMAF BTW - one of my very intelligent friends that ended up with covid used povidone iodine 0.2-1.0% gargle - 4x a day - as part of his protocol - knocked covid out in 4 days. Hi Gordon... George is correct... my last ablation was in 2015 ...that was a touch-up to the LAA isolation 7 mos. earlier by Dr. Natale and I was 79.
