Alex - Dr. Sinatra has done informal tests with colleagues using 'Earthing' or Grounding to show the before and after effects on platelet aggregation.... I presume with live cell microscopy. I’m deep into another project but I wanted to respond briefly to comments by Liz concerning the history of wheat versus what is known today as “modern” wheat, since I didn’t include that in the original Dietary Enlightenment report due to space constraints. Don - With magnesium supplementation, you often don't have the sense of a 'reaction'... unless you have severe muscle cramping often due to calcium overload/imbalance. And, there again, the topical magnesium helps muscle cramps quickly. Hi Don - Various reports on the Natural Calm version of magnesium seem to indicate that some people begin to have problems with it over time. It could be that this citrate form since, while it is readily absorbable, doesn't stay long in the tissue, itself so you are becoming deficient in magnesium... thus the PACs. Travis - Coumadin works on a different clotting mechanism/pathway compared to the new OACs such as Eliquis ...ie, Coumadin works on the vitamin K clotting mechanism pathway. I have not been able to find verification about compatibility with Eliquis and Omega 3 fish oil.
