I made magnesium acetate from Mg hydroxide and vinegar, You can find more in the document in the Dropbox file here. (not mine). In my case, I'd make my own MoM from mag hydroxide powder & water. Regarding LS V8. It is just V8 spiked with potassium chloride. You can buy potassium chloride powder and spike anything you want. This can be found with salts at the grocery store. For example Morton Salt Substitute. NOW brand makes a larger container available at a supplement store or online. Mercola posted a "how to" video on using a nebulizer for hydrogen peroxide this morning. He recommends using it at a 3% concentration, but using 35% food grade and diluting it to 3%.
