George: You had AF for about a couple of months, what was your comorbidity that preceded your AF. i have been on this site for a number of years and what I have read about you, it appears that you were pretty healthy. You said your son in law has AF and he is young. I don't always think that we get AF because of a comorbidity it is in our DNA, my grandmother and mother had it. Otherwiby Elizabeth - AFIBBERS FORUM
Dr John Day has a book that is coming out in a couple of weeks, "The Cure for Afib", didn't know their was one. But i will get it and see what the good Doctor has to say. Lby Elizabeth - AFIBBERS FORUM
Did Hank Aaron die because of getting the vaccination?by Elizabeth - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
My daughter, she lives in Florida, had an appointment with her Holistic doctor today and she asked him what would he give if she got the virus. He said he would give Ivermectin (how about that). Of course he has also been recommending taking Vit. C, Vit D, Vit A and Zinc. She asked if he would write a script if she needed it and he said yes. There was a lady working in his office that told myby Elizabeth - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
i don't eat anything with Soy, i have thyroid problems and soy will interfere with the thyroid hormone uptake. i also realized that soy also gives me aura migraines. I think soy is greatly overrated, i don't think it is good for us. Lby Elizabeth - AFIBBERS FORUM
I have a neighbor that has 2 horses and she said she gives them a syringe of Ivermectic paste, she shoots it in their mouths about every month, there are a couple of different kinds she said for worms. She gets the syringe with the Ivermectic at our local Farm store. i don't know that the paste that she gets for the horses would be OK for us however.by Elizabeth - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
George: How about this do you think it has any merit? Lizby Elizabeth - AFIBBERS FORUM
Something rotten in this country, but we have read some posts before that we can get Ivermectin from a vets office. One of the reasons that Blacks and latinos are being hit harder is as we know they are low in Vit.D.by Elizabeth - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
oh, I didn't mean it that way, you didn't offend me, i was just puzzled. Thanks for your reply.by Elizabeth - AFIBBERS FORUM
Smackman: I didn't say weight gain, i said weight loss.by Elizabeth - AFIBBERS FORUM
I have been taking Xarelto for about a year, during that time i have lost about 15 lbs. I had thought it was because of my thyroid, but now I am not too sure. My thyroid is testing OK, i checked if losing weight is at all common in taking this drug and I have read that females over the age of 60 have lost weight when taking Xarelto, also have a cough off and on. Has anyone else had anything siby Elizabeth - AFIBBERS FORUM
Pompon: For almost 20 years I got AF occassionaly and always self converted, during the time I had AF I couldn't do very much and the AF bothered me a lot. Once i went into permanent AF last year it is all different I don't feel it like i did and i can do pretty much everything i used to do, beats me, but that is what has happened. I usually am in the 60s BPM so that could be parby Elizabeth - AFIBBERS FORUM

susan, that is true, everyone is different in their AF symptoms--that is why I posted what I did, we all don't have to get an ablation if we have AF. It depends on how we feel and if our heart rate is good. I have read on here that a lot of people have to get more than one ablation, maybe 3, but if that is what they need to stay in NSR and they feel great afterwards, which some have posteby Elizabeth - AFIBBERS FORUM
Many years ago when i was in Florida, I met an older man that also rented an Apt. next to the one i rented, i spoke with him and he said that he got AF when he was in his late teens, he said he played sports and even went into the army. He was in AF for most of his life, he was in his seventies when he told me about his AF. Biden is in AF, takes a blood thinner, I guess he is going to be Presidby Elizabeth - AFIBBERS FORUM
Wolfpack: { It’s still the right answer. I’d rather take an injection of harmless genetic material versus a poison (all meds are poisons, that’s how they work). And you know that the vaccine is harmless? i don't. VIDEO-2020-12-31-12-43-22.mov Lizby Elizabeth - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
Do those people in places of power want the masses to thin out, looks that way. Same in our country, my Holistic doc. had a protocol that many had tried and told of their success with it, my doctor had to pull all of those videos that had people telling of their success with it. Then the drug Hydrxychorquine was said to be helping with the virus and that drug was stopped. I am really getting sby Elizabeth - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
Susan; Its a 3 day stay in the hospital I am told. But, I wouldn't do it now anyway, not with Covid going ballistic, perhaps in the spring, i don't like hospitals and would rather try Flec..by Elizabeth - AFIBBERS FORUM

i had an appt. with my EP today but because of the bad weather we had i couldn't go (it is about an hours drive), so they set up a Phone conference with me. I spoke about some anti-arrhythmic drugs that might help me and the only drug he believes might help would be Tikosyn along with a cardioversion. I asked about Flec. he didn't think it would really help, so it is something I mightby Elizabeth - AFIBBERS FORUM
Susan: I took Propafenone for a number of years, i took it at night before going to bed, i took 150,mg., I took it before bed because I was Vagal and got my episodes during the night. i never had any problems with it, maybe it was because when i took it i went to bed. it stopped being helpful in stopping my AF a year ago when I went into permanent AF. Susan: Termonin costs 3,000/month? i remember taking it when I first got AF, it didn't cost very much, my husband had good ins. that was in the late 1990s, everything was cheaper than however.by Elizabeth - AFIBBERS FORUM
Carey: Thanks for your response. I think with Xarelto I had better get it at my Drug Store (even it is costly), that is one drug that I wouldn't want something to happen that might delay the shipment and getting it. It has to be taken everyday and I could be harmed, hopefully there will be a generic soon. The only other drug I take is synthroid and it isn't all that costly. I wilby Elizabeth - AFIBBERS FORUM
i thought there was going to be a Generic for Xeralto, apparently not. I hate this drug, i will have to pay about 320.00 next month, beginning of the year then it drops to 47.00/month until the donut hole in oct. then it goes to 121.00 for those 3 months. i know Carey said he gets his drug from Canada, do they make the drug there or where does it come from? i am a little leery about doing thatby Elizabeth - AFIBBERS FORUM
