George there are pros and cons about mask wearing, this article is con, makes sense to me: The majority of people do not do the breath exercises which you do, so perhaps for you wearing a mask has a different outcome and it would for me and the majority of people. I understand your precaution around your son, sorry, sometimes life is unfair.by Elizabeth - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
George: Lot of interesting stuff. But your 20 min. test doesn't equal a person wearing the mask for 8 hrs. I understand that small droplets of the virus can get through most masks. Lots of differences of opinion among doctors and scientists. People tug and push at their masks which I guess they shoudn't do.by Elizabeth - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
I wondered about those people that have to wear those masks for 8 hours, breathing in their stale air and that has to affect them. Lizby Elizabeth - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
They test how many positive total. I was tested 3 times— once a month before each ECV. It’s possible between each month that I could had been exposed. In theory being tested 3 times negative would lower the overall % positive total. All the repeat negatives one individual takes actually softens the % vs if all three tests counted as one negative count.. Except they are only sending in the onesby Elizabeth - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
Thanks Carey and Smackman: I don't need a rate control drug, my heartrate is usually in the 60s. I don't want an ablation, I am getting calls from U of M wanting to set up an appt for me to check out how I respond to the antiarrhythmic drug and then cardio verted. I told them no, not at this time. I am actually feeling pretty good, I still have a large garden and cut my own lawn (by Elizabeth - AFIBBERS FORUM
Thanks Colindo, my heartrate doesn't feel out of rhythm most of the time, so I am surprised that I am in AF. I guess I was wondering if being in AF would lead to heart failure, ten years would be good.by Elizabeth - AFIBBERS FORUM
There is a site about people with pacers, you might find your answer: I have a pacemaker since 1998, no problems, I got it because when going from AF to NSR my heartrate would drop to almost a flat line. The pacer prevents this from happening, anything below 50 BPM and my pacer kicks in. I do everything that I always did, golfing, roto tilling my garden etc. I have had an ECV, no problby Elizabeth - AFIBBERS FORUM
I sent in a reading from my pacer yesterday to see if I am always in AF, as it doesn't feel like it, the person that read my tracing said yes, I am 98%in AF. He said that my Ventricals beat at 60 to 90 beats a min. which is good. It is strange but I don't feel the AF, which I did in the past, I am having grave doubts about going 3 days into the hospital to see I if I can take that anby Elizabeth - AFIBBERS FORUM
Joe: Exactly right, it is political, a person can get tested 3 or 4 times and they put it down to 4 people testing.by Elizabeth - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
Joe: My daughter has a friend who told her that she knows the couple very well and they told her that they were waiting in a long line to get tested for the Virus, they also filled out a form. They were in the line for about 4 hours when they decided to leave without being tested, guess what happened they were listed as positive for the virus, lies, lies and more lies.by Elizabeth - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
If you think you're hiding from anything/anyone better read up on your Snowden. Well I won't make it easy for them.by Elizabeth - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
Joe: The testing they were doing in Orlando was more than just specific, they were saying that almost 100% were testing positive that raised red flags.by Elizabeth - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
The testing of the Corona Virus is faulty, looks like it is being done on purpose. Countless labs have reported a 100 percent positivity rate, which means every single person tested was positive. Other labs had very high positivity rates. FOX 35 found that testing sites like Centra Care reported that 83 people were tested and all tested positive. Then, NCF Diagnostics in Alachua reported 88by Elizabeth - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
I am talking about our country, we have had one of the highest Corona virus cases/deaths in the world, according to the stats.by Elizabeth - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
137,500 have died from the virus not 559, 727 and then, not too sure of that figure. The hospitals are putting down deaths from the Virus when in fact the patient has died from other causes but had the virus, the more they show have died from the virus the more money the hospital receives. Yes, I do write in some of these blogs, but, I do not have Google on my phone and I won't. I haveby Elizabeth - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
IMHO big brother should know of our location to slow down covid19. It could save lives and unburden the hospitals. My son lives abroad where everyone’s phone is tracked. They have a very low covid19 rate. If someone gets tested positive, big brother texts EVERYONE who was nearby and puts them in isolation. Plus there is a 3000 shekel fine if you get caught not wearing a mask. That is $867. Heftyby Elizabeth - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
I had AF for almost 20 years, in the beginning not too many in a year, than over the years they were a little more, once a month or every 2 months, I always went back to NSR after being in AF for anywhere from 12 to 20 hours. I took an antiarhythmic drug during most of that time, but I never took any blood thinners. I take a blood thinner now because I went into AF in Nov. of last year and am sby Elizabeth - AFIBBERS FORUM
Usually when you go to the doctor they always have an assistant take your BP, she may be good or she may not. There is one doctor that I have gone to who has a girl that I dislike, she is not very nice, when she takes my BP it is always a little high. One time she took it and said my Diastolic was 92, I have never ever had my Diastolic that high and I told her so, she wouldn't take it agaiby Elizabeth - AFIBBERS FORUM
I had a lst degree heart block from taking a Beta Blocker, caused my heart rate to almost flat line when going back from AF to Sinus Rhythm, so I had to have a Pace maker. I would rather take supplements like Mag. any day instead of drugs and I still take Mag. to this day, don't see any problems with it.by Elizabeth - AFIBBERS FORUM
George: You say you increased your Creatinine from 1,23 to 1.37 and that it increased your energy----my creatinine is usually always a little high, the last labs it was 1.23 and I am high, lab values are 0.60 to 0.88 mg/dl. Don't understand why you think being higher than lab values is a good thing. Lby Elizabeth - AFIBBERS FORUM
Carey said: By the way, I put "lone" in quotes because it's no longer an accepted term. The consensus now is that AF and AFL are themselves a form of heart disease known as atrial myopathy. results in electrophysiological and anatomic remodeling of the atria.” (12) Most of our mechanistic understanding of the atrial myopathic state comes from research conducted eitherby Elizabeth - AFIBBERS FORUM
That is really terrible, what is happening to this country, doctors are bad, politicians are horrible, nothing is being done about these people looting and burning down businesses. I know I don't want to go to the hospital, I don't trust doctors, if they don't know what you have they make up a disease and give you drugs.by Elizabeth - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
There are posters on this forum that have to have more than one ablation, even with Dr. Natalie, and they sometimes have to have closure of their LAA which means they have to than be on a blood thinner for life. AF doesn't always have an easy outcome. I was Paraoximal AF for around 20 years, I got only a few episodes a year in the beginning and always converted on my own, the last few yeby Elizabeth - AFIBBERS FORUM
If you have to spend 3 days in the hospital to see whether you can take a certain drug, and you are deemed able to take it, what are the chances of at a later date you will have side affects (and they could be deadly) from taking the drug. I am talking about Tikosyn---I have read that it is not available in Europe or Australia and it is available only through specially trained or local Pharmaciesby Elizabeth - AFIBBERS FORUM
Susan: Its all about money---we could make the drugs in this country. Yet the FTC goes after my Holistic doctor because he is using Vit. C, D, Iodine etc and has helped his patients with the symptoms of this virus. He has had videos where the patient has spoken about their experience with his protocol. He is being censored for that, he has not said it is a cure, we are being stopped from readby Elizabeth - AFIBBERS FORUM
So if we make drugs in CA. or Florida you wouldn't take them. Actually, I prefer not to take drugs, I only take my thyroid drug and Zeralto, I will try to get off Zeralto eventually.by Elizabeth - AFIBBERS FORUM
We also get drugs from India and Ireland.by Elizabeth - AFIBBERS FORUM
Name those "better drugs". Vit. C I.V.s Netulizing with Food grade Peroxide and Iodine has helped quite a few people yet the gov. is stopping doctors from doing or talking about it.by Elizabeth - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
A doctor on Laura Inghram's show tonight said that she has patients that she has prescribed hydroxycloriquine for is having a hard time because Pharmacists are refusing to fill the prescriptions. She said that many of the people that she has prescribed the drug for and have had the virus have gotten better, she also has patients that have used the drug for years and are having trouble gettiby Elizabeth - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
What about the posts that have been on the AF board over the years with people posting about what they have done to stop their AF, can the Gov. say you can't post because they havn't been under reliable scientific studies? Where does this all end, we have to only believe what these Gov. Doctors tell us. My stepson had a very bad headache and was told he had a pitutatory tumor even thby Elizabeth - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
