RonBn49 - you can't go wrong with a detoxing protocol. If you went to an upscale holistic clinic, after an evaluation, that's the first thing they would be doing. Clearing out not only heavy metals but other toxic residues that accumulate over time...especially with a stagnant colon or lack of sufficient pure drinking water... not tap water that contains fluoride, chlorine and otheby Jackie - AFIBBERS FORUM
Rosie ..... sorry, I thought I remembered that report detailed the rapidity of absorption. The recorded seminar from which I summarized some of the notes indicated that Dr. Burford-Mason would have patients (in-office) apply the topical magnesium gel and then they'd time the observations of relaxation from muscle pain or tension...or overall general sense of calm. I recall that results ofby Jackie - AFIBBERS FORUM
Alex - I agree with Rosie that the supplement labeling is typically provides the best instructions as to how to take supplements so there are no interferences. Amino acids, as an example, will have trouble competing with proteins in food so they are taken away from meals. Fat soluble vitamins A, D, E, K ...and CoQ10 are better absorbed when taken with a fat-containing meal or with a dose of Omby Jackie - AFIBBERS FORUM
McHale – I apologize that my recount of my LAA clot was not clearly descriptive... In re-reading, I found it somewhat ambiguous. It is not my intention to infer that nattokinase is superior to anticoags… rather that it offers an alternative approach to managing fibrinogen… just one of several of the contributors to hyperviscosity or hypercoaguable blood. Vertical ridges are attributed to various nutritional deficiencies which result in systemic dysfunctions...including iodine deficiency which is well known to cause thyroid dysfunctions that are a source for arrhythmias. McHale - My personal experience ....in case you forget... is that after my ablation and I was by then off coumadin, I had a breakthrough AF event that had to be cardioverted. A week later I had a spiral CT scan as was the requisite protocol at that time prior to seeing Dr. Natale for the post-ablation checkup. Smackman...thanks for the clarification. If I were in your place, I'd with start with just one or two glasses (8 oz or less) each day of the magnesium bicarbonate water and keep tabs on what changes. Once you know how you are going to store the diluted version and the size of the storage vessel... then use that chart that you duplicated in your last response. Louise - This is true that lemon alkalizes... a caveat or two, though. If your water is fluoridated, adding lemon potentiates the fluoride absorption so best not to 1) drink fluoridated water... and 2) never add lemon if you decide to drink it anyway. The other point is lemon is highly acidic to tooth enamel and can cause erosion. Once the lemon juice is in the stomach, it metabolizes toby Jackie - AFIBBERS FORUM

Bentonite has been a very old, reliable gut remedy and it works amazingly well for some individuals. That's what I use. It doesn't dissolve in water easily so the chewing method seems to work best. Taurine is sold in bulk powder.. inexpensive ..NOW brand has it. Jackieby Jackie - AFIBBERS FORUM

Hi Ron - Definitely, the K2MK7 is a useful preventive measure. The vitamin D3 form should be labeled as "cholecalciferol."
