Monty - Sorry to read your post. It may be the ginger tea but a strong consideration should be given to the release of bacteria into the blood stream as a result of the root canal treatment. That's well known to cause problems and for that reason, often they often prescribe antibiotics. While I don't like using antibiotics, you may need to consider that if your symptoms persist.by Jackie - AFIBBERS FORUM
Diane - yes, Yoga was a trigger for me...and I was vagal. Just bending over was often a trigger as well. It has to do with an irritated vagus nerve and then certain yoga postures seem to scrunch the midsection and contribute to the vagal irritation... or at least that was my reasoning at the time. I learned much later on that creating an alkaline tissue pH environment probably would have eliminby Jackie - AFIBBERS FORUM

Nancy - one of the people I've counselled noted a similar experience...but after making it in the door and putting stuff away, bending over to put food in the fridge was a consistent trigger for her. Nancy - On Krill... I've tried several brands but I was turned off by the 'fishy' odor in the bottle. If it were an Omega 3, I'd say the bottle was oxidized or rancid; however, I've not read a similar caveat for Krill. I just threw them out and decided Krill while may be the current rage, I've always done very well with a pharmaceutical grade Omega 3's to whiby Jackie - AFIBBERS FORUM

As I mentioned in response to Nancy’s request for ginger root tea recipe in the Inflammation thread, I make ginger root tea regularly and love not only the taste but the benefits and have done this for many years. Nancy - My recipe for ginger tea is easy, very economical and tastes just great. Be sure you buy organic ginger root...and I'd avoid anything grown in China even if marked organic. Slice into "coins" about 2 - 3 inches of organic ginger root which has been throroughly scrubbed and washed. Shannon - I'd suspect that amounts of fibrosis (or collagen accumulations) that are significant enough to actually show or be detected on the radar during ablations would be fairly abundant, whereas what would not be detectable would be the microscopic fibrosis that occurs before the overgrowth becomes a physical presence in heart chambers. Nancy - if you snack on nuts which have varying amounts of Omega 3/6 ratios, then add 4 - 6 grams daily of a Pharmaceutical Grade Omega 3 fish oil, most likely you will not have to worry about the Omega 6 to 3 ratio.
