Buster.... it's probably going to be very difficult to find a bulk powder of MK7... as the daily dose is a microgram amount. I've not seen it but I'll check a couple of sources. My MK7 is included in the vitamin D3 combo I take. Cynthia - Depending on how you react to the Tikosyn, you may need to continue to supplement with potassium. I recall that Louise was told to watch her levels and to supplement with it while on Tik. Paleo man ate potassium in the levels of 10,000 and more depending on who is reporting that dietary intake of potassium is not worrisome. Jill - the benefit to the powder form is that a dose is 5 grams and that's equivalent to a rounded teaspoonful... stir in water or tea... Easy. Mildly sweet. Richard - I suspect a couple of things but predominant for wee hour afib is low blood sugar. This can be the result of what you eat in the evening as well as if you go too long between meals. A couple of drinks later in the evening might be detrimental in several ways... alcohol depletes magnesium and also potassium. This is definitely true about cilantro. There is a cilantro pesto recipe that is reported to be effective. It takes a lot of cilantro and a lot of time to achieve results. Same for chlorella.
