I like exercise too. But after such an insult to the heart, I think it's prudent to be very gentle with exercise for the 6 -8 weeks healing time. EB - I think it's very poor advice to tell you to go ahead and do light jogging one week after ablation. They did burn the inside of your heart, afterall!!! You can take your taurine with meals. It isn't a true amino acid so you don't have to worry about competition with other aminos/proteins. There is no such thing as L-taurine. Yes - taurine lowers heart rate and blood pressure both so you need to be mindful if your HR goes too low and cut back on the dose.
