Cynthia -A healthy consideration for bone health is the supplement vitamin K2 in the form of Menaquinone 7 (MK7). That's the form that helps direct calcium from food intake into the bones where it belongs. Be sure to have your vitamin D level tested so you know if you need to up the dosage of D3. You only need 45 micrograms a day to accomplish this. The reason why weighing a bit more isby Jackie - AFIBBERS FORUM
Sam - in the case of being marginally high in sodium with the Exatest results, it is a strong indicator that you need supplemental potassium in order to manage either ectopy or AF. With a good IC base of optimal magnesium, supplemental potassium will help tremendously. Marginally low magnesium means your heart is not going to sustain NSR consistently. High sodium means it competes or blocks tby Jackie - AFIBBERS FORUM
Christy - I'm away from my home computer to get the details on the cyanocobalamin to share with you but that is not the same as cyanide, the poison. Consider this: beans are high glycemic foods and to metabolize them requires utilization of posassium for the insulin process. You could easily be depleting too much potassium - especially if you are already low in intracellular stores andby Jackie - AFIBBERS FORUM

dcasper---- it's a classic sign if your HR or Bp elevates after a meal that you are reacting to something in that meal. Eliminating gluten and dairy is a start, but it could be something else that you consume regularly and several times a day and have done so for years. Start a log of everything you put in your mouth and check your pulse 20-30 minutes after eating. By an elimination, youby Jackie - AFIBBERS FORUM
Suzi - I wouldn't be taking more than 4000 mg taurine...although the indications are one can take much more, it becomes a question of how much is actually utilized and most of us find that somewhere between 2 - 4 grams a day is enough. However, if you are too low on both magnesium and potassium, taurine won't get you out of trouble all on its own. In the search box here and in the foby Jackie - AFIBBERS FORUM

Excellent find, Erling. Those dealing with these breaks are saying that patients report they heard a snap and then fell when questioned. Most typically, they think people fall and break the bone but it's exactly the opposite. Even the newer bisphonates cause problems with brittle bones. Leo - Topical application would bypass gut absorption, but the body still has to dispose of excess no matter what that may be unless it's a heavy metal and then much of that gets trapped or stored in fatty tissue. It bypasses the stomach since it goes through the skin, but that doesn't mean the excess isn't excreted in the same manner as ingested magnesium... through urine and feby Jackie - AFIBBERS FORUM
Mike - I hate to sound like a broken record, but my experience shows that until or unless the heart cells are saturated with the electrolytes/nutrients needed to prevent the ectopy that sets up the afib events...ie, shortened refractory periods, the flecainide may not be consistently effective. I know that was the case for me just before my ablation and I proved that to myself. Even after ablaby Jackie - AFIBBERS FORUM
Johnny - On the bottle, what is the ppm listed? Initially, all there was was the colloidal form and that's what I've always used.... I started with a low concentration of about 30 ppm as that's all there was. It never interferred with my meds or promoted afib. I'm currently using one that is 200 ppm but in tiny doses as a daily preventive in cold/flu season. About 5 drby Jackie - AFIBBERS FORUM
Ian - you may want to work a bit longer on the Candida issue. It often doesn't die totally in 2 weeks...more like a month or two. Definitely Candida can be a huge influence in afib. sah - when I was seeing a chirpractor for afib, he always worked on the cervical spine as the vagus does travel through there as well as ennervate heart and stomach. He said they were all connected and the cervical vertabrae along with some in the thoracic area were important to 'free' up in the energy flow. It seemed to help me. dcasper..... I had ablation almost 6 years ago. Prior to that, I used just flecainide ... and all the supplements...but I didn't get control over the afib until I maximized my intake of magnesium, potassium and taurine. At that point, I wanted to cancel the ablation but couldn't get off the flecainide without a huge rebound effect.... so I proceeded. In hindsight, I think I might hby Jackie - AFIBBERS FORUM
Leo - I just tried DermaMag.... it works as advertised. It absorbs in 30 minutes and all need is about a nickel sized portion of the gel. It feels sticky so you can wash it off after 30 minutes. Johnny - Its the reaction to the adjuvant, squalene, that causes the cytokine storm not colloidal or nano silver. The function of an adjuvant is to increase immune response that way a small amount of prepared vaccine can be used (as in the case of hastily making a vaccine but large quantities are needed for mass inoculations). Justine, when I was faced with a surprise breakthrough arrhythmia about 3 years after my ablation, I used what I had on hand and it worked quickly to convert me. Since the meds (Toprol and Flecainide ) were over 3 years old, I was a bit nervous but had no choice as it was in the wee hours of the morning. I did get a new Rx just to have on hand in case. I'm only talking about the PIP method of dosing with the beta blocker. If you take flecainide regularly, then the PIP doesn't apply (obviously) - Sorry to confuse you. I agree that the BB can take things worse. Had I known about or been offered the PIP approach, I definitely would have taken advantage of that...but at the time, it was not suggested and I didn't know to ask. Jaby Jackie - AFIBBERS FORUM
Pat - you can also be mixed but mostly vagal. I was mostly vagal but could get surprised during the day as well occasionally. As to your dosages of magnesium - try to get that up to at least 600 mg a day ... more if you don't have the bowel tolerance issue. You absolutely need a good base of magnesium before much starts improving...and this can take months or even never if you have aby Jackie - AFIBBERS FORUM
At least 100 mg daily...of quality product such as the Jarrow that Hans has on his website. This would be for typical dosing. If the person has a heart issue such as cardiomyopathy, then the dosing would be significantly higher. There are many versions out there... Check out the larger quantity once you are in iherb.... the quantity is double but quite a savings over the cost of the 60. Jby Jackie - AFIBBERS FORUM
To add to George's good advice, keep in mind that it's unlikely that you can self-convert with a high heart rate. For that reason, taking the PIP approach includes starting with a beta blocker to lower the heart rate and then adding the antiarrhythmic so it can work and convert.... especially useful if your afib involves high heart rate. Yes - definitely... Years ago we had front row seats at a Michael Flatley performance.... the speakers were as tall as a 'skyscraper' and as I sat there bombarded with the sound, I had the impulse to hold my hand over my heart to protect from the vibrations. Isabelle - The links I provided in your first post (below) address the concerns of the adjuvants in this vaccine and others.
