Glen - indeed we are a bundle of electrical frequencies. Many really interesting books are out there on 'energy medicine' type healing. Carol - you're smart to be respectful of dosing. Typically, if the kidneys are functioning properly, magnesium is eliminated via kidneys and bowel. You and your husband have done the right thing in finding the appropriate dose for his tolerance level. It does relax muscles and the heart is a muscle and actually performs many more functional reactions other than relaxing. Quite posby Jackie - AFIBBERS FORUM
Susan - I agree - but I refrain from becoming too annoyed lest the FDA take over supplement regulation and labeling completely and then we won't be able to buy any unless they are in very minor amounts or the therapeutic amounts will be dispensed only through medical professional offices. Susan - it's not at all uncommon for a vitamin to have equivalency doses in several tablets or capsules. To get the desired amount, often in a multi, you'd have to take 6 or 9 a day when they are really high multi-multi's.... otherwise the tablet or capsule would be so large it would be impossible to swallow. Gregg - just remember that magnesium is nature's calcium blocker. Magnesium relaxes muscles. Calcium does the opposite. BTW, 99 mg of potassium isn't apt to do you much good. I hope you are taking more than that overall each day.
