SD - there is a test (and I can find out the name for you) that will tell which liver clearance pathways tolerate which drugs for people such as you who have a difficult time with medications. Art - Dr. Natale quotes a typical success rate for second ablation is around 95%. Many times, the burn lesions regrow or were never deep enough in the first place; other times some of the focal points or drivers are missed initially, and they catch those as well on the second try. It was my experience that beta blockers helped create insulin resistance. I had already been hypoglycemic and this drug helped with the progression. Typically elevated triglycerides are the result of faulty metabolism of carbohydrates. Hello Ted - thanks for reporting on your experience. Glad you were happy with the Marin experience. David - potassium intake is supposed to replace some sodium occupying the intracellular space. This should rid the body of excess water and thereby lower your blood pressure. You certainly could mix the whole liter and use a small portion of it to see how you react. David S.... Thanks - I meant to type hemotologist.... my brain typed oncologist and I have no clue why....probably low platelets : ) I'm not overly concerned and after the AF ordeal of seeing so many doctors for so long, not really anxious to get into another round of appointments and testing, etc. Just planning to coast and enjoy my NSR for a good long while. Pam - yes - that's opposite of the usual; but you aren't the only one that can't take supplements. If you still want to get magnesium intake, you could consider the magnesium sulfate baths (Epsom Salts). That's what Fran and others have found very helpful as it is transdermal absorption. If you soak in a cup or two before bed, you may avoid the leg cramps. Jackieby Jackie - AFIBBERS FORUM

Greg - I had a heart pain that lasted almost a week post-ablation. It was noticeable only when I would bend over while sitting down. Most of us have reported a similar experience. Just realize that your heart has had a considerable trauma and it's in the process of healing. Naturally, if a pain become overwhelming, then that's certainly something you need to have checked out. It is unexplained by my doctors and I've never eaten the natto food; only taken the nattokinase enzyme in the past 2 plus years so I don't think it's related to the nattokinase enzyme.
