Yes exactly what eliminated my PVC's of 4 months. Just had a followup TEE to confirm the Watch Flex implant April 11 Natale is leak and thrombus free. Waiting for Natale to confirm the TEE findings with images sent to him. McHaleby McHale - AFIBBERS FORUM
Had my TEE a few hours ago, preliminary notes: Normal TEE and no Leaks within the device McHaleby McHale - AFIBBERS FORUM
Sorry for the run-on sentences, let me clarify..... I had my first extensive non stop run of PVC's in January 2017, 10 months after my second ablation with LAA isolation March 1 2016 ...those lasted approx 9 months. All my stress tests and echos since showed all heart diameters within normal range..... I started having my most recent runs at the end of January, high stress and emotionaby McHale - AFIBBERS FORUM
I had my Watchman Flex Plus implanted April 11 at St David's by Natale. Tomorrow I go to Montifiore in the Bronx for a TEE with Dr Di Biase, day 48. I need to temporarily get off Xerelto maybe for a week for a biopsy, then will restart a low dose 10mg again. Natale did tell me at my bedside visit I can stop Xarelto in two weeks April 25 and restart it again after the biopsy. I waiby McHale - AFIBBERS FORUM
My two cents.....I had 3-4 months of very frequent PVC's recently, day long runs of bigeminy or trigeminy after a family death that triggered it in February. I had a stress test in September, so no heart disease or underlying conditions. I had a redo ablation and a Watchman implant April 11 at St David's with Natale,he came into my room that afternoon to speak with me about the proby McHale - AFIBBERS FORUM
My frequent PVCs for 3 months have subsided, I've been supplementing with Taurine Arginine Magnesium and potassium. McHaleby McHale - AFIBBERS FORUM
I just had a touchup ablation and the Watchman implanted this past Thursday, Natale came in later to speak with me and was was focused on the monitor with my frequent PVC's.....he seemed concerned.....I've had bouts with these over the last 8 years. I just started taking Taurine and Arginine and just saw this thread, remembering that might have worked in the past. I hope I don'tby McHale - AFIBBERS FORUM
Good evening all, Arrived at Saint David’s at 5:00AM today for A touchup Ablation and a Watchman implant.120 minutes under, was in my room and walking a few hours later. Natale stopped by for a quick chat, good seal minimal burn time no AFiB detected but PVCs might be a burden. Was totally at ease and calm,….no fear …. there’s a special place in Heaven for Natale. Well explained Carey, been on Xarelto for almost 10 years with absolutely no bleeds, bruising, healing issues or stroke that I know of. I had acute appendicitis and a subsequent appendectomy 2 years ago which made this difficult being on Xarelto, my surgeon wanted me to hold it back for 3 days after surgery but I basically refused and told him I needed to start it after 36 hours. After a 2 weekby McHale - AFIBBERS FORUM
I've been on Xarelto for 10 years now, never bruise or bleed too much no matter how hard I hit my body or how deep I get cut. McHaleby McHale - AFIBBERS FORUM
I'm fine, I was good after the EMT's put me on a stretcher after about a 20 minute episode where I couldn't talk at work. It was protocol to take me to the ER and examine me, they kept me for observation overnight and did an MRI that revealed a micro-vascular lesion. The MRI also revealed 2 or 3 prior TIA's I had that I wasn't aware of. All these occurred before I was tby McHale - AFIBBERS FORUM
I had a stroke before the NOACs,came out, I've been on Xarelto 20mg for about 11 years now, getting the Watchman by Natale next week. Why were you on only 15mg, I thought 20mg was the standard dose for AFIB.......by McHale - AFIBBERS FORUM
Hey GeorgeN, I see your still here old friend........are you still doing the supplemental regimen keeping the BEAST at bay or did you finally get ablated....? Yes Sir Shannon is also one of a kind...priceless, and you provide great support yourself as does Carey. Daisy, Nice to hear! Natale is simply the Best I look forward to seeing him again! My story quick,12 years ago I had a (stroke) TIA micro-vascular last about 15 minutes where I couldn't speak at work. I was going in and out of AFIB pretty regularly by this time, flecainide was barely working anymore Multaq failed me so I knew I was screwed. Gotcha! Understood, his office called it a redo or touch-up ablation, my last ablation was 8 years ago. I did have that 4-5 day 110BPM flutter 3 years ago and my chest implant LINQ did catch a brief a few episodes. Yes it's good practice, I'm totally confidant with Natale Thanks, McHaleby McHale - AFIBBERS FORUM
Carey, Actually it is a standard protocol with Natale to have a touch-up or redo ablation right before a Watchman is installed to check for any atrial arrhythmias that still might be lingering from prior ablations. McHaleby McHale - AFIBBERS FORUM
Wow that's amazing Susan, that's exactly I want to hear. Best, McHaleby McHale - AFIBBERS FORUM

Carey, Is it protocol to have a redo touch-up ablation before Watchman placement especially after 8 years? I'm AFIB free but I have been getting more and more unclassified Kardia readings lately with one 30 sec reading of AFIB which looked more like PVCs....maybe the algorithm misinterpreted. I did have some some short AFIB recorded on my implantable LINQ the first three years noe deadby McHale - AFIBBERS FORUM
Booked for April 11, someone just canceled! Nice to have connections! I'll see where I'll have the TEE, I can always fly back to Austin. Why am I even excited about this.....I fully Trust Natale with my heart! He's giving me 11 years of NSR bliss! Simply the Best! McHaleby McHale - AFIBBERS FORUM
Hey Carey, Yes they know its a priority, I spoke with Norma Natale's Nurse today and Shannon last week who was going to speak with Natale. I gave them my Prostate MRI report and they aware of my time restraints. I also saw Dr DiBiasi Natale's Protege here in the Bronx who did my TEE last month who mentioned 45 days too. Greetings all, I've been absent from here for a while, life got in the way and after two successful Natale ablations I've lived my life. Hello All, My last ablation was with Natale in Austin March 1 2016, with Shannon by my side. My brother just died from congestive heart failure, he had AFIB and arteriosclerosis with 5 stents but refused to ackledge anything. I made a nice donation for the New Year and now my Boss wants to now if we prefer flowers or a donation to a cause that matters to me. Coming your way Shannon myby McHale - AFIBBERS FORUM
I had my second ablation with Dr Natale in Austin with Shannon on March 1, 2016. all quiet on the western front. I did have a Tachy episode in 2020 of about 110 BPM that lasted 2-3 days after some very extreme stress. I self converted after I left the ER after I was scheduled to return for a cardio-version a few days later. McHaleby McHale - AFIBBERS FORUM

Shannon, In Italy the young are heavy vapors which explains the young need for intubation: When someone’s lungs are exposed to flu or other infections the adverse effects of smoking or vaping are much more serious than among people who do not smoke or vape. I had my LAA Isolation almost 4 years ago, no more afib, Just had wrist surgery, carpal tunnel endoscopic, barely bled and never discontinued Xarelto as instructed by my surgeon. I’ve also cut deep myself many times, don’t seem to have anything uncontrollable. Nonetheless Im waiting to get a watchman when called by Natale’s office. McHaleby McHale - AFIBBERS FORUM
Yep I was getting close to 20,00 a day and a PVC ablation was becoming a strong possibility so I contacted Dr Natale's nurse. Thankfully my stress echo showed all normal valve functions and blood flow velocities, normal ejection factor and chamber size etc...of my heart. All it took was a little more BB to calm those monsters. McHaleby McHale - AFIBBERS FORUM
