HI McHale - good to hear you are feeling so well and you are only on Xarelto for now. Is your stress caused by concern over Afib or is it coming from other things? Have you tried l-theanine? I know Jackie is a big proponent of this for helping with stress, anxiety, and just calming the mind and body. Tomorrow will be 3 weeks for me since my ablation. All is good, other than a faster heart rby tobherd - AFIBBERS FORUM
Thanks to all for a truly great and informative forum. The cutting edge is right here, saving lives daily. I am a vagal Afibber for the last 6 months, age 58, athletic, afib strikes about once a week, starts at night, I convert the next morning. Hi everyone, Thanks for the posts. So, I had stopped taking Mg and Potassium for 3 months post-op due to my diarrhea (every day for 4 weeks, lost 15 lbs). After my initial post on this thread (23 days ago), I restarted applying Mg Oil (Ancient Minerals). That helped tremendously--I didn't want to post immediately b/c I didn't want to have to follow it up the next day with a disappby Stephen - AFIBBERS FORUM

I'm in permanent afib and have been for almost 2 years. I actually prefer it over going in and out of afib. No more anxiety. My heart is just doing its own thing. I take natto, Coq10, omega 3's, vitamin E, garlic, vitamin C etc. I am able to do most of what I usually have done - if I overdo it I get a bit of ache in my chest - so I slow down. I am depressed that I have recently been diagnosed with PAF. I am learning, learning, learning about this condition. Knowledge is power but sure can be depressing. Was I depressed before this--no. Hi Everyone, Had my ablation with Dr. Natale on 5/2/13. I'm almost over my digestion problems which I posted about earlier--they lasted 5 weeks (may be a coincidence, but I was able to stop the diarrhea by switching my Warfarin dose from dinner to lunch). Anyway, I'm still not back to 100% (I'd say 95%), but am thinking it may be caused by the Warfarin and so hopefully once Iby Stephen - AFIBBERS FORUM
Hi Everyone, It's been a long time since I've been able to visit the forum, but I made my gratitude clear in the book that I've just written (published in October). In truth, I haven't had much of an incentive to visit as my AFIB has been the best it's been in 14 yrs. Feeling really depressed at the latest afib attack (comes at a time when I haven't been sleeping well and certainly am not now - and of course it's Sunday night -work in the morning). Hi Adam. Good luck on getting a positive response from Dr Tchou on the adrenal connection.
